There are two main products -

A semi-automatic Sealing Machine and
A pneumatic piston Filling Machine

These machines are designed for the small producer whose business has grown to the point that manual packing is too slow. They are an easy and inexpensive intermediate step which reduces capital outlay at a crucial time.

As your business grows it is a simple matter to incorporate them into an automatic packing line, or you can do as most of our clients have done. Keep them for small or development runs.

The basic sealer is semi - automatic in operation, using a combination of pneumatics and electricity. The frame is anodised aluminium and all components are readily replaceable. A safety guard is fitted.

The machine has been designed to be easy to use,day in,day out,year after year and is capable of producing quite surprising sealing speeds.

Although a round tub is the standard configuration most sizes and shapes of tubs can be accomodated for little extra cost. Interchangable heads and holding cups are also available.

The filler is a Pneumatic Volumetric Piston Filler which is designed for benchtop use.It can be easily moved by one person so is ideally suited to small operations.
In standard configuration it fills from 100ml to 500ml and comes with a 20kg hopper. Volume adjustment is simple accurate and reliable. Because the machine was designed by the person who was to use it, disassembly, washing and reassembly is really quick and easy.
